Tredion Group recently assisted with a project in Malmo, Sweden. The project consisted of installing 4 x 40mw dual fuel burners on one of the two fire tube boilers. The energy centre was providing district heating for the local community. Tredion Group were employed as a Project Manager and were on site for a total of 12 consecutive weeks. We also assisted with commissioning and handing the plant over to the client including training on the new equipment.

Tredion Group were successful in the bid to replace 4 x 4mw dual fuel burners on medium temperature boilers that are critical to the hospital's safe operation. The works were carried out over a three-week period, and the project finished on time and on budget. The client has seen significant savings on their fuel bills (which was calculated and provided within our tender document)

Tredion Group were recently successful in replacing 24 x gas fired forced draught burners at a large bakery plant in Cornwall. The replacements were carried out across several phases and out of hours to minimise disruption on production

Tredion Group recently replaced 2 x Light Oil forced Draught burners firing into an incinerator at a Government building that cremates large animals. The project was carried out under strict Health and Safety regulations due to the environment, again this was completed out of hours to minimise disruption. We completed on time and have vastly improved the operational performance of the incinerator cutting out on burner down time.

Tredion Group are currently in the process of replacing a large steam boiler, burner and all associated controls at Llandough Hospital, Cardiff. The project is being carried out in several phases due to the need to remove pipework and install a temporary boiler to aid in the steam supply to the hospital. Works will be completed within the next few weeks.
